About Jeff Reid

Jeff Reid is the founder of Halcyon AI Research, with over 30 years of experience in IT systems support and development. He holds a Level 8 Higher Diploma in Data Protection Law from King’s Inns, Dublin, and has been actively researching artificial intelligence since 2023. Jeff is the co-developer of DRAI (Dynamic Resonance Artificial Intelligence), AOSL (AI-Oriented Symbolic Language), and UWIT (Universal Wave Interference Theory), a trio of open frameworks exploring recursive learning, symbolic communication, and phase-based cognition. Known for his skepticism, clarity, and systems thinking, Jeff focuses on structural innovation over scale, and symbolic architecture over speculation.
